This Privacy Policy describes how Air Light Solution LLC (“we”, the “Company”) collects, uses and stores the personal data of users of the KOMORA AirLight mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. What data we collect
The App collects only the data needed to work with the warehouse, projects and team communication:
- Account data — name, login, role in the system, contact phone or e-mail (if provided by an administrator).
- Project data — site names, materials, tools, transport, trips, reports, accounting records and cash operations related to your work.
- Photos — images of materials, documents, sites and other objects that you upload to the App.
- Geolocation — GPS coordinates only when taking or linking a photo to a project (if you granted permission in your device settings). We do not track your location in the background without need.
- SAPSAN messages — text and media messages in the internal chat between users of your organization.
- Voice data — audio recordings for speech recognition (STT), the voice assistant and WebRTC calls between users (with your consent and at your initiative).
- Technical data — device identifier, push token for notifications, action log for support and security.
2. How we use the data
The collected data is used solely to:
- provide the App's features (accounting, reporting, documents, chat, calls, voice assistant);
- synchronize between devices and support the offline mode with later upload to the server;
- send push notifications about messages, calls and important events;
- support users and resolve technical issues;
- ensure security and prevent unauthorized access.
3. Data storage and transfer
Data is transferred over a secure HTTPS connection to the API server api.airlightsolution.com and stored on the Company's servers (PostgreSQL) and, where needed, in Google Drive cloud storage for the organization's documents.
On your device, data may be cached locally (SQLite) to work without internet; once the connection is restored, changes sync with the server.
Voice recordings for speech recognition and speech synthesis are processed through the OpenAI API (Whisper, TTS) only to fulfill your request and are not permanently retained by the provider for model training, in line with their policy.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data may be available only to:
- administrators of your organization within the App;
- technical contractors (hosting, push services, cloud storage) — only to the extent necessary to run the service and subject to confidentiality;
- government authorities — only upon a lawful request.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is retained for the term of the agreement with your organization and for a reasonable period after its termination to fulfill legal obligations. You may contact your organization's administrator or us with a request to delete your account and related data.
6. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures: traffic encryption (HTTPS), user authentication, role separation (admin, manager, worker, accountant, etc.) and database backups.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of data (where there is no lawful basis for retention);
- withdraw consent to processing (for example, by disabling geolocation or push notifications in your device settings).
8. Children
The App is intended for employees and managers of organizations. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 years of age.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at airlightsolution.com/komora-privacy-en.html. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by e-mail.
